Where do you deliver?
- We currently ship to addresses to the following countries for retail orders:
- Greece
- Countries of the E.U.
- Rest of the World (excl. USA)
How will I know that my order has been shipped?
- All orders placed are dispatched within 7 business days, depending of item availability. When your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your tracking number as issued by the shipping provider.
- NOTE: Order processing, shipment and deliveries do not take place over the weekend or public holidays.
How long will it take it to arrive its destination?
- Delivery of items varies according to the destination country and its specific customs authority regulations.

What is the Shipping Cost?
- Greece: Free of Charge*
- EU: 8€*
- Rest of the World: 15€*
- NOTE: As mentioned before, we do not ship to the USA for the time being.
* The customer is responsible to settle any custom clearance fees may be applicable.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
- If after a reasonable time period (1 month) you have not received your order, please contact the provider and provide them with the tracking number you received in the email. If this does not resolve the situation you can contact us at dinosvirginia1976@gmail.com.
